Timber!
After six weeks brightening up St Pancras Station the LEGO Christmas Tree is down, but not out.
After spending six weeks on the Station concourse at St Pancras in London, the LEGO Christmas Tree, built by Bright Bricks has been dismantled. Don't worry however, it's been packed away at a secret location and may make another appearance in future.
Duncan, Ed and Martin spent the nights of 5th and 6th January taking the tree down branch by branch, perhaps becoming the first LEGO lumberjacks?! There were a few technical hitches along the way and it was pretty hard work packing it all safely for storage, but worth the effort to know it's safely tucked away.
Thanks to all who came and saw the tree and gave us such a lot of nice comments about the build, we enjoyed meeting you all and look forward to seeing some of you at our next big install - watch this space.
